・Your unit may become locked after battery depletion, removing the audio unit, or part replacement.
How to Check ERC Code: 2 Methods
1. Press and hold the [CURRENT LOCATION] button on the navigation unit while turning the small lamp ON/OFF 3-4 times to enter service inspection mode.
2. In the picture quality adjustment mode displayed by long-pressing the [MENU] button, alternately touch the upper left and lower left of the touch screen 3 times (upper left → lower left → upper left → lower left → upper left → lower left) to enter service inspection mode.
Select the Security Code Entry button on the first or second/third page of the service information to display the 16-digit ERC code.
